Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout after your address is provided and vary depending on the shipping options you select and the location the order is shipped from and where it will be delivered to.
Here’s how you can see the estimated delivery date, cost of shipping, and taxes before placing your order:
- Add the items you want to your cart
- From your cart, click the Checkout button
- Enter your delivery information and click Deliver to this address
- Delivery options, including cost and estimated delivery date, will be displayed.
- Select a delivery option to update the total cost of your order.
Orders shipping internationally from outside your home country (eg UK) may be subject to fees for delivery, such as customs charges, duties, VAT’s or other fees.
Please check your local laws regarding any taxes or fees you may have to pay once the order arrives. Local postal services may also require a fee for the completion of delivery. These fees, like customs fees and taxes, are not included in any calculated shipping charges, and we’re not able to calculate the amount you may be charged for customs on our end of things.
Gifts – We cannot currently mark any orders as ‘gifts’ nor are we able to adjust the price declared on an order in any way. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please keep in mind that information such as the price and name of the item will be included on the shipping label.
If your gift is being shipped internationally, its fees for delivery, such as customs charges, duties, VAT’s or other fees may be applied by the receiving country. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of an order should your gift recipient refuse to pay such fees.
